Day 81 – 365 Things To Do In Bellingham, WA – Deming Log Show

This weekend is the 48th annual Deming Log Show. In late 1962 a logger was seriously injured while working in the woods, here in Whatcom County and the first was set up to raise money for the injured logger.  The Deming Logging Show has continued year after year, raising money to help loggers and their families.

Get out to the Log show grounds this weekend and watch some of the loggers compete in some unique events like Axe Throwing, Pole Falling, Speed Climbing, Chain Saw Bucking, Log Rolling, Kids Tree Climbing, Ma & Pa Bucking, Tug O War and lots more.
