Head up to Blaine for the 8th Annual “Wings Over Water” Northwest Birding Festival. There will be loads of events all day long including talks be wildlife experts “Bald Eagles of the NW” by David Hancock, “Swans of Winter” by Martha Jordan and “Northwest Raptor Ecology ” by David Drummond, all free at the Blaine Boating Center, and “No Place Like Home” by Maynard Axelson, at 5pm at the Blaine Performing Arts Center,
